Drone Valley 09 is the 3rd fiasco in the h.p. festival series. A showcase of emerging artists of the region, with an emphasis on the local scene and its effects on our culture . In short, an independent music and art collective at 5 venues throughout downtown ASHEVILLE, NC. Bands, djs and local art displays.
