Started out as Altered State 5 years ago, Dropswitch is the latest in midwest heavy metal to join the mainstream. Four talented musicians from smalltown South Dakota and Iowa. There music is comparable to Godsmack, BLS, and many others just to name a few. Dropswitch's first single, "Don't Make Me" made it to No. 1 on garagebands.com and ended up Number 3 after the competition.
Dropswitch not only writes there own material but also specializes in putting on a very entertaining performance. Included with there original music, they have a very long list of cover songs ranging from ZZ Top, Creed, Poison, Metallica, Godsmack, Static X, Weezer, Guns N' Roses, and a lot of other shit... Hoping to put there music on the map as the next evolution in Metal.

The songs include: Fallen Sky, Nothing, and Not Today.
