FYI: I’m in a few bands right now, but my band "Dan Glenzig" is where I showcase my original songs plus a lot of the old Sloppy Seconds tunes.
Now for my 3rd person Bio:
Danny Thompson was the original guitarist and a founding member of the Punk Rock Band "Sloppy Seconds". Also known as "Roadkill" or "Dr. Danny Roadkill" he appears on all of the bands releases from their first E.P "The First Seven Inches" in 1986 through their last release on Taang!! records in 1993 "Knock yer Block Off". Shortly after parting ways with Sloppy Seconds in 1993 Danny "Roadkill" recorded an album with fellow hoosier punk legend and Zero Boy, Paul Mahern who had recorded and produced all of Sloppy Seconds releases.
The album was recorded edited and mastered over a 3 day period at Echo Park studio in Bloomington, IN. Unfortunately it was never released... until NOW! It’s easy to see where all the musical hooks and power of the original Sloppy Seconds material derived from. Danny wears his influences proudly on his sleeve and it shows through on every cut of this release. From Elvis, Jerry lee Lewis and Chuck Berry to Johnny Thunders, Ace Frehley, Angus Young and beyond!
All the music and lyrics were written by Danny "Roadkill" Thompson and even though these songs were recorded over 10 years ago, they stand the test of time and are just as refreshing and powerful now as they were then.

Thanks Dr. Roadkill... I use the same gauge picks. ADD my ANGRYMAN page to your friends. I'll be posting some of your tune's there ? If that's cool with you. Just let me know. I love it. Scott
Wow! I had fallen in love with you years ago when I saw the Veronica video on Japanese public access tv here years ago. I later saw that you were gone from the band and I was heartbroken. I am happy to see you are alive and still a large man.
You brought Bon back from the dead on Saturday night!! As always, GREAT show!!! Thanks a million for letting me get up and sing with you guys!! It was a blast! We gotta do it again sometime. I could become the official Dan Glenzig backing vocalist!
