Currently reading a book called Loneliness by John T. Cacioppo and William Patrick. It's a great book. My area of research is loneliness and intimacy in adolescence and young adults, so it's great to read this book.
Welcome to my MySpace page. I'm a professor at California State University, Fresno in the Department of Child, Family, and Consumer Sciences. I'm trying this MySpace, hopefully there will be some great benefit to having it. So I saw your status update and I must say.... I'm probably the only person who is excited for the semester to BEGIN haha. Just when you think you knew what your students were thinking LOL
There was a moat in between me and the horse lol. I'm adventurous but..... that would have been kind of emberassing getting taken to jail for trespassing to ride a fake horse in vegas. come on i have to make sure I at least make it to my first day of class lol. Next time i see a pretty horse and no one is looking though i'm gonna do it, you convinced me
im going to live in santa monica for about 5 months for training. I found a new job and is going to be sent there. i leave tomorrow... =( this sucks... but i have to do what i have to do.. right?
LOL! I'm hecka nervous! I'm gonna faint for sure! HAHAHAHA. I suck at public speaking but I'm just glad after tomorrow I won't have to think about it anymore. :D Hahaha. WHAT'S UP PROF. S!
I'm glad you guys like kindercare...yes i am still working there...its going okay...a lot of responsibility....I did cool off...for some reason this semester is more stressfull than the other...me and my hubhie are bickering a little more...but spring break is comming soon which is great...i need a break!!! by the way... if you run into my old psych 166 teacher... (i forgot her name, but she is the only one that teaches that class) tell her how to teach please... LOL!!!
Im actually looking for a long term career... i got my b.s in child development, but to be honest with you, that career path pays lower than the job that i have now... i'm getting married and moving out on my own away from my parents so i need something stable, full time, and with benefits... i know we are in an econimic crisis right now and many non-profit organization and businesses are letting people go, so i don't want to leave my job and later down the road get laid off or release... HELP... Thanks!!!

the job now is okay, but i could be doing something more productive.. my job now has nothing to do with my degree... so that sucks.. are you still grading papers all hard and stuff? j/k i always reccommend students to take you as a prof. i'm thinking about comming back to state for my m.a in crim.. we'll see how things go.. nice hearing from you..
Yes, you can thank Lawson implementation and the holiday for that one. Being the newbie means you get to cover for everyone else while they take holiday vacation and that would equal ME :( Sadly. I'm gonna have to try and work something out after I get off at 3:30. Does later afternoon work for you?

lol...it is okay...i totally understand that you are busy....I will e-mail you for this week...I hope you conquer the pile of papers you have to grade....as i need to conquer my fear of writing research papers....why do teahcers make it so difficult...grrrr
