FIND US ON FACEBOOK AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Dec_sketchy_poster_final Dr. Sketchy’s Anti Art School is a cabaret meets life drawing experience started in Brooklyn 2005 that has now become a movement. There are now over 80 branches of Dr. Sketchy’s around the world. The Oklahoma City branch launched in January 2009. The drawing sessions are usually kicked off by a strip tease or performance from the model, feathers and pasties flying. There is a D.J. with great music and a cash bar. Drawing contests are a huge part of the fun and are different every class. One of the contests found the sketchers all required to draw on post-it notes for 10 minutes. The drawing prizes can be doing a shot with that night’s model, a cool art book or a hipster sketch pad. Any level of sketcher is welcome from expert to novice. Bring $10 to get in and your drawing supplies.
