To Whom It May Concern, and Dr. Turbatus,
I have seen my destitute friend's son who is a special needs child with a rare genetic disorder that affects the X chromosome that affects approximately 300 people worldwide called Danon's Disease! Most patients will die by time they are 20 years old without a heart transplant!
His father is virtually destitute due to financial destruction, and homelessness that has caused him for his numerous visits to Stanford Medical Center, Palo Alto, California. Frankly, he is an excellent father seeing his son --- Martin Caldwell virtually every day. He actually lives three hours from his son's hospital in Fresno, California.
By the way, his old 1998 car (which has 188,000 miles is in disrepair and could go out any day) for his father Sammie Caldwell, Jr. to make his visits to Martin Caldwell. By the way, Martin Caldwell has a myspace. com account under Martincaldwellnewheart and has troubles answering a simple email here on myspace. com.
I am particularly worried that he will not get the proper medical care in less than one month from now being discharged from Stanford Hospital, and living in Fresno, California. He had to drop out from all his studies after finishing his first semester at Fresno City College, Fresno (he is a "special needs child" who graduated from Edison High School in a particularly rough area of Fresno) California after two heart attacks, and a one stroke in Febuary, 2008. He has been in Stanford Hospital since actually Febuary, 2008.
I would appreciate you or anyone possible who could help these unfortunate friends of mine.

Hey what is going on long time no talk well i need to talk to you about a few things it is kinda of personal so i dont want to put it on the comment if that is ok witk you hun..
Doc..I do suffer from Restless Nurse Syndrome...my symptoms come and go..They get worse closer it gets to the end of a 13 weeks assignment..especially when it is a place like I am in right now...Have been here a week and my symptoms are really bad..I am ready to go already...LOL
Thanks for the request! I too am a travelin Home Health RN. Originally from the great state of NC. Just finished a travel assignment on the outskirts of DC. Presently in the 'warm' state of Arizona!
