I'm a dual Amercan/Canadian citizen. Born and raised in Ontario to US parents, went to Montreal for University, and spent many years in Sweden (Talar ni svenska?). After 3 years of travelling through Europe, Russia, Asia and Australia (before digital cameras!), I eventually landing in Wisconsin, where I was bitten by the love bug. Met the man of my dreams at 24 in grad school at the University of Wisconsin. We spent the next 15 years on an idyllic farm in northern Wisconsin near the Twin Cities. Faggot farmers raising chickens, sheep, pigs, and rabbits.
Season's changed and we decided to open a new chapter in life. You only go around once, so why not shake things up? The True and Native Land called me home. How can you turn down gay marriage and legal pot!? After marrying in 2003 in Toronto, we emigrated to a small island in British Columbia Canada, where we are recreating a small, slice of heaven.

Always good to see another McGill alum! I still get the "Where's that?" question when I tell people where I did my undergrad - but that comes from relocating to the Southern US. People here only recognize Canada from the license plates of Ontarian or Quebecois Snowbunnies passing through on their way to Florida!
