I released a 2 hour drum rhythms DVD a few years ago, "101 Drum Circle Rhythms". To give you a good value for your money, I include a free live drum circle CD with all orders of it from my website. It's $15 for both disks.
Below is a clip from the DVD. Please check out a rhythm or two. It's priced low so all can afford to enjoy drumming more. The entire DVD is up close and personal. You can see the sounds created. Please keep in mind that these are only 15 second clips of the rhythms, and on the DVD each rhythm is 1 minute long. Plenty of time to really get into them. It's available on my site, drumcircles.net or at Amazon for a few bucks more, but no free cd.
You might notice what looks like a ring on my finger while I'm drumming. It's a wedding band tattoo. Guess that's a real commitment eh? LoL

It's amazing how hand drumming can heal you both emotionally and physically. I never really made it big as an actor, but I was very blessed to be able to work a lot, and managed to make a living doing what I really loved to do. Just to get work, is a miracle in itself. I was very fortunate to be able to earn a living for as long as I did. Being born looking a lot like a like a dork helped. Drumming helped me to stay balanced, and cope with it all. If you've got this dream, I say go for it.

Hey Shannon, first, just want to say thanks again for coming out to support the Bollywood show, the drum circle was a nice touch. Sorry I could not make it to Coconuts this last Wednesday, had worked a long day at the Village that day. We are definitely planning on frequenting your circle there, just have to coordinate which Wednesday it's going to be. Hope you had a good turnout last week. See you soon!
