About me: Hey there,
I hope you find this site interesting! Well as you can probably see on the photos I’m a drummer. I suppose its one of those instruments that everyone has a go at during their lifetime, and is very therapeutic and keeps you fit. I’ve actually been playing for 20 years now and passed with distinction from the London Centre for Contemporary Music having had lessons from Pete Zelman (Jaco Pastorius), Richard Brook (Headspace, Go West, Avril Lavigne), Bryan Mclenan from Vega 4 and previously Steve Washington (Texas, Take That). All amazing drummers in their own right, I only wish to have a fraction of their skill.
My main love of music is funk and rock music but also like other styles such as the Waterboys, I love the sound of a violin in pop music. I’ve had tons of playing experience ranging from local musicals (Hair, Jesus Christ Superstar, Dirty Dancing) to original bands and tribute bands, and played at venues such as Cafe de Paris, Turnmills, Barlfy, Borderline, Dublin Castle, Brighton Komedia Centre and Theatre Royal. Have also played live and been interviewed on BBC Radio Kent.
I’m based in kent at the moment but gig around London and Kent. Over recent years I’ve recorded with OKJunior (Signed to Seldom Records), recordings with the awesome Greatstesmen (Mushka Management) and played theatre venues with a Pink Floyd Tribute. I've had my playing aired on many UK radio stations ranging from BBC Radio 1, Radio 2 Galaxy 105, XFM, BBC Radio 6, BBC Radio Kent and a Samsung mobile phone advert. In addition, I've played on tracks which have been distributed by labels such as Shifty Dicso, Fierce Panda, Rough Trade and Seldom Records.
I'm also avalable for studio, video and live sessions.
