I play drums... recently in Brown vs Brown, Roomtone and 2 new bands: The Black Napkins (crossunder trio with Sanne van Hek trp & Jasper Stadhouders guit) and Knalpot (alarm stumble groove duo with Raphael Vanoli guit/fx). recent projects are GibsonHooglandJaegerWeide (free improv) and Whale Oil (rock improv with Alfredo Genovesi giut/fx, Billy Nybacka b/fx) and ManBitesDogInNinsk (rock jazz). I like vitality and honesty in music and people.................................................................................................................................. Playing music I do since I am 8. With 11 somewhat of a career started drumming in the local brass band Musikkapelle Oetz (Tyrol/Austria) - laugh, but I learned sight reading and how to drink. As a result I joined Hardcore band State Of Mind - we almost toured Poland - with 17 I've been lead-guitarist in the famous Black Metal Band Host Of Darkness (r.i.p.) - very loud - and soon I figured that music's good for me. Study of (jazz) music, doing all kinds of different stuff with different bands and projects - from dixie to arty - festivals - hippie & hip ones - podcasts on national and international radio/TV (AT5, 3fm, OE1, WDR5, resonanceFM), touring Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Italy, Switzerland, Finland, Estonia, UK and NY.
