Ok since you brought up the track tonight i did some checking into our times and completely forgot about sea level affecting our times. We are 1,300 feet above sea level in this shit hole town. The guy I was talking to on Myspace live in Maryland is only 174 ft above sea level thus allowing for a faster time. So I calculated my time for sea level and it is a 13.43.
