Hello. Paul Donovan here (formally of Dryve). My new band, The Midwinters is playing the Belly Up Tavern this Thursday for anyone in the San Diego area. Thanks to whomever put this site up. It's really cool to hear the music. I was just listening to "The Heart of This" for the first time in years. What a good song! (That was one of Cory's.) Hope to see you at the show.

Paul Dononvan (vocals/guitar) from Dryve has a new band called The Midwinters. There are 3 new songs on our page and we will be playing some shows in southern california in the near future. Enjoy!
Hey this is Chris! Steve, David, and Michael Pratschner are my uncles. I remember when you guys were on tour and we would get in for free. Those were fun days.
Dryve remains, to this day, my favorite band. Rain remains my favorite song. I will never forget going to a Sixpence concert, where Dryve was supposed to open, and then Sixpence didn't show up. Everyone got mad and started leaving. Then Dryve started playing and suddenly there was a 3+ hour concert that everyone loved more than Sixpence's music... It was a great night.
Thanks for posting this myspace! I alwayse find myself talking about your sound in bands and I can finnally show people who you are. I really miss the band.
