During the Storm Promotions was created in November of 2006 by Tom
Harmon of Denison, TX. Tom was introduced to the underground scene
in his area by a friend from work that booked shows under his clothing-line
company. After attending many of these local shows, this sparked his interest in finding out more bands in the underground scene in his area as well as throughout the state. After finding what he was looking for, Tom felt that it was necessary to share his knowledge of bands, and shows with anyone that would listen, thus the foundation on which During the Storm Promotions was created.
