"Greetings & Welcome... I'm Duane Keenan..."
I Produce Public Affairs Radio Programs for Annapolis
& Baltimore Radio Stations about issues important
to the community.
I am also working on taking such programming to
television, producing a Cable-Access program that
hopes to be a mixture of in-studio and on-location
interviews with local newsmakers, regular people,
and coverage of area events. It is my hope that
this will be something beyond the typical "talking-
head" style show, and be of real interest to those
in our area. There are many people out there with
interesting stories to tell, so let's tell those
stories! The program is called "On Camera".
Also, I am involved with the production of other
Public Access Television programs, including "Cinema
Lounge" & "Horror Creek Manor" on Anne Arundel County's
Access Channel.
"Cinema Lounge" is a look at the Maryland film scene,
with interviews and clips from Baltimore actors,
producers, & directors. It is hosted by Frank Lama
of "Fear of Clowns" & "Fear of Clowns 2".
After some test
shots in Baltimore at Gardel's Supper Club,
the #1 place for people in "the business"
to network (now back on THURSDAY Nights),
production of the first in-studio episodes
have wrapped and have already been aired.
I have been working with Rob Stull & Jeff Nelson
on "Cinema Lounge" and another project of Rob's,
"Horror Creek Manor". That is going to be a
series of horror shorts. (Think of it like
"Tales from the Crypt"). The first episode,
"The Stalker" is currently in post-production.
(There's a trailer and some slides of the
cast & crew elsewhere on this page.)
For more about Cinema Lounge & Horror Creek
Manor, see Rob's Myspace Friends link below for
his "Restull Production" company.

Of course, it's much more fun to make Television yourself than just watch it! In that "vein" (poor joke) here's a look at a trailer for, and a slideshow of, Horror Creek Manor's first episode, "The Stalker" (Thanks to Kayla for the slideshow)...
