Easily hurt but takes long to recover. Now that we have covered what type of person I am, lets see what I love to do.... I learned to play a Fender 4 string bass in 2000. I moved up to a 5 string bass in 2004 and once I master that, I want a 6 string bass. I'm not very fancy, couple of runs here and there. I have some original bass tunes running through my head. I have been singing most of my life and just seemed natural to pick up the bass and start playing. I learned on my own with my husband so patiently teaching me so I can't say I have any influences from any bass players. I don't know that much about the equipment we have except its heavy and could use some help carrying it. I just do my own thing trying to keep in time with the drums and sing along and most importantly, HAVE FUN!!!! I can tell you I have a 4 string fender bass with flat rounds and a five string that I'll hopefully trade in for a six real soon. I have a squire bass that my son is using, an ampeg? amp. All other equipment you must ask John about.
