An odd combination of all of my influences which are to many for me to list.
Dubsworth is a producer, composer, performer and dj currently focused in San Francisco and the surrounding areas. His current projects include a number of collaborative efforts in addition to solo tracks. Live performances by Dubsworth provide the dancefloor with a fusion of high impact sub-low beats rooted in many electronic styles including dubstep, 2-step, and breaks. In addition to CDJ's, Dubsworth also perform's a live set which includes laptop, Electric Bass and Guitar. Having performed with over 50 different acts since he began playing out as a drummer and blues guitarist at the age of 15, Dubsworth brings influences from a diverse range of styles including Rock, Jazz, Reggae, Funk and Hip-hop. With a bachelors degree from Berklee College of Music, Dubsworth's fluent skills on Electric Bass, Guitar and Drums make him available for studio recording jobs in addition to live performances and dj sets.
Dubsworth is pleased to announce releases on Full Melt Recordings B.A.D. 2 (Bay Area Dubstep) Compilation (Solo track and a Spit Brothers track), and on Dubsworth and Bakir's new label, Dubs Alive. Some of Dubsworth's forthcoming releases include the third release on DZ's new label, Badman Press, in addition to Dubs Alive's third release.
Dubsworth has recently recorded and collaborated with many producers such as Kush Aurora, DZ, Antiserum, and Wascal. Dubsworth's tracks have been featured in mixes by producers and dj's such as Starkey, Selector Dub-U, and Nick Argon.
San Francisco's dubstep and sublow scene have led Dubsworth to regular performances with a number of local crews including, Full Melt and Bassism. Dubsworth has most recently been added as the newest resident at San Francisco's longest running dubstep night, GRIME CITY. These performances have included shows alongside Starkey, Caspa, Rusko, Diplo, MRK-1, Plastician, 6BLOC, Dead Prez, Kromestar and Capleton. Dubsworth has also played instruments on stage with Fred Wesley and John Medeski.

From Lo Dubs, this mix tape features loads of amazing tracks by Starkey and a number of the heaviest producers in our scene. Starkey chose to include my song, "Done Gone There." Done Gone There also features Bakir on trumpet.
Dubsworth would also like to acknowledge Bakir for his wonderful trumpet work, and co-production which are featured on Dubsworth's tracks. Bakir co-produces and performs with Dubsworth in their live electronic project,The Spit Brothers.
