I'm in search of that now. Unique I think is one aspect. Raw Talent is another. We all know it seems as if the moons have to align in order to be noticed. Hott production, vocals and engineering is the equation to a banger but you have to have consistency in order to have longevity. Even then you have to have great promotion.
