With the deep love of early electronic music, gonzo choses to take a step closer to what Terry Riley, Ash Ra Tempel, Klaus Schulze, Popol Vuh and other experimental music pioneers had experienced in the golden era of modern music discoveries; the power of handling sound machines that is capable of creating limitless possibilities of sonic experimentation. Controlling a couple of analog synths and keyboards run through delay, phaser and a reverb, Duck Dive plays instant live composition, improvising on melodies and sound textures supported by various field recordings to create a meditative, spiritual yet sometimes chaotic droning atmosphere. Like being in an underwater cave in an ancient ocean, Duck Dive's music is an unknown sensation, a journey into the other side, a new species of cryptomusicology, whatever you call it, it's right.
