| General | I like my music, my TV (but not too much), films, food and drink. If they're good, then all the better (especially the food), but I'm just as partial to the old kebab as the next man, and don't get me started on the subject of fish-finger sandwiches.
When I'm not stuffing my face, I can often be found in the flat knitting, in the gym getting rid of the kebabs, or practicing spinning my poi, either in the warm of the flat or juggling club in the winter, or in the cold of the Scottish summer. Sometimes, I set them on fire for a bit of a laugh. Not indoors though.
Finally, I like climbing, but haven't been in a while, and really should start going again. If there are any Glasgow cilmbers out there looking for a climbing buddy, then I may be interested. | | Music | Allsorts. Dance, pop, rock, indie, classical. I don't like everything from every genre though. I like to pick and choose. | | Movies | I have such varied tastes with this. I love movies which know they're bad, and I love good movies. The ones inbetween, I can take or leave. And I love Asian films, which can be just as good as the western versions, even though you have to read them. | | Television | Drama, comedy and classic kid's TV. And documentaries.
I normally have the TV on as background for whatever I'm doing though. | | Books | Lots and lots. I like real books. Something you can feel in your hands. I never throw them away either. I either keep them, or sell them. You should never throw words away. |

About me:
Well, I'm just me really. I'm a chemist by education, and am now showing other budding chemists how to...react things. When I say chemist, I mean a lab chemist, not a pill counter!
Outside of work, which whilst fun I shall not bore you with here, I like food, books, music, juggling (and poi, which is so much fun), climbing and any number of other things, including booze. I just love going to the pub, and can't wait until the smoking ban comes into effect. I can start going out more and smelling less.
I'm getting quite a nice badge collection now on my favourite Man-Bag, which is nice.
There are many different facets to me really, so if you want to know anything specific, then drop me a line and let me know.

Who I'd like to meet:
Anyone and everyone. I'm pretty laid back, and as a result I'm not a fan of neurotic, uptight people. Aside from that though, I like to think I can get on with anyone.
