If you google it or go to the dfas website there is a link. If you were stop-lossed between 2001 and I believe September 2008 you are entitled to this special pay of $500 for every month you were stop-loss. It became effective Oct. 21st and you have until next oct to file your claim. Go to dfas and there is a way better explanation. I sent in my claim on the 22nd just waiting to see.
