Formed under next doors front room table, Duffloop's first release, from Herpington's Remand School for Boys proved hopelessly unpopular. Their second release, from HMP Acklington was similarly unsuccessful.
Half way through their debut tour the band decided it was time leave the house and purchase instruments. The future looked bright but for the drummer who bought a long string of onions.
The bands practice of feigning death during interviews caused their publicist and manager to drop them, complaining that they Lacked the necessary drive to succeed. This was compounded by the bands compulsive sleeping habits and refusal to string their instruments.
Eventually the strain became too much and the band split. A week later they reformed, split, reformed, split, split again, reformed twice more after finally agreeing to call it a draw.
At an all time low the band decided on a come back gig. The venue - their own living rooms. A complete disaster, the band complained bitterly that nobody turned up, Not even the band.
Currently Duffloop are busy planning their Coming Back Again For Another Bash At It Tour, the rumour being that the event will be held in next door but ones neighbours caravan.
