    Dúné is a multiple award winning and platinum selling 4 piece band from Skive, Denmark currently living in the German capital Berlin. Their genre is a mash up of energetic rock, catchy melodies and electro elements. Dúné's debut album "We Are In There You Are Out Here" was released in Europe and Japan in 2007 to critical acclaim and commercial success. In 2009 the band released their second album Enter Metropolis in Europe. Dúné is mostly known for their highly entertaining live shows which have taken them around the world. In September 2010, Dúné took a break from touring to begin intensive songwriting and demo recordings for their third album, after the departure of the only female member Cecilie Dyrberg, who had decided to leave the band to pursue her musical career as a solo artist. Between may and December 2011 drummer Malte Aarup-Sórensen and guitarrist Simon Troelsgaard also split with the band. Now an all-male quartet, Dúné is getting ready to lock themselves up in a Berlin studio to focus completely on their next album due for release in 2012, while also gearing up for touring all summer.
