CLIENT AGREEMENT: BY RESERVING YOUR LIMOUSINE YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY AGREEING TO THESE CONDITIONS.
•RESERVATIONS- A 50% deposit is required to reserve your limousine. FULL PAYMENT is required by the date of service. We do not extend credit, post payments or post-dated checks. All checks must clear before the date of service arrives.
• CANCELLATIONS- NO REFUNDS are given for cancellations. Cancellations may be re-scheduled for future trips for $50.00 administrative fee.
• CONFIRMATION- We request that you call and reconfirm the times and addresses 24 hours before the run. It will be difficult or impossible to make time changes less than 24 hours beforehand.
•BILLING- The time you are paying for starts when the limo arrives at the first location and ends at the last location.
•CASH RUNS- Dunlap Limousine will accept cash as full payment the day of your event, but still requires a credit card number for security deposit and a cash down payment.
•JUDGEMENT OF CHAUFFEUR- In the sole judgment of the chauffeur, if he determines that the behavior of you or your guests for any reason is out of control, unsafe, illegal, dangerous or irresponsible to lives and property, he can terminate the run on the spot and order all occupants out of the car and then drive off. He may or may not issue a WARNING before he takes this action. If this happens, you will NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
•Cancellation by Dunlap Limousine for any reason will be credited for future reservations. Dunlap Limousine reserves the right to subcontract the complete or remaining portion of the trip to an alternate carrier or substitute vehicles to complete the job.
•OVERTIME- On a daytime run, there may be an evening run preventing you from using the limo past a certain time. Determine this ahead of time and make your plans accordingly. On an evening run overtime is not usually a problem.
•DELAY’S- Dunlap Limousine will not be held liable for delays due to weather, road, traffic or mechanical conditions, driver illness or any other conditions beyond our control. Dunlap Limousine will not be responsible for lodging or food costs due to delays. If you are on a time schedule please reserve your limousine accordingly. Your chauffeur will not "speed" to your event or the nest stop.
•SURPRISE ARRIVALS- If the arrival of the car is a surprise, be sure to indicate that on the reservation form.
•FOOD – Personal coolers for food and beverage are allowed.
•SMOKING is not allowed inside the vehicle. A $50 fee will be issued for anyone that “lights-up”, the use of tobacco products in the vehicle is prohibited. These are expensive vehicles and very expensive to re-upholster, clean and remove the smell from.
•ALCOHOL – BYOB: no alcoholic beverages are served by Dunlap Limousine or its employees. Dunlap Limousine will not be liable for passengers who have consumed alcohol prior to, on board, or after the trip is completed. If Dunlap Limousine, it’s employees, or contractors feel that a passenger is loud, disturbing, rude, unruly, dangerous or disruptive to other passengers or the chauffeur, this person or persons may be removed from the limousine at a safe location and authorities called. Your chauffeur will not purchase cigarettes or alcohol for clients.
•CONTRABAND – Dunlap Limousine will refuse to transport anyone in possession of a weapon or illegal substance. Authorities may be contacted. Possession or use of illegal drugs by anyone in the limousine is prohibited in any of our cars. If the driver observes drugs, he will pull the limousine off the road, and you, your guests and your drugs must exit the car immediately. In this eventuality you will receive NO REFUND.
•CLEANING CHARGE – Extra charges may be imposed for excessive mess by a passenger (this includes excessive trash, beer cans, bottles, etc.). Please help to avoid cleaning charges by removing your trash at the end of your event. Gum, excessive food or drink spills will be charged $50 for cleaning. Vomit is an automatic $100.00 charge, NO EXCEPTIONS. Professional cleaning and/or new carpet is expensive also.
•DAMAGE – The person who signs the contract is responsible for all guest damages. Damages will be charged at 125% of repair cost for inconvenience and down time. No shoes are allowed on the upholstery or bar area.
•There will be a $10.00 per glass charge for broken or missing glasses.
•LOST ITEMS- Make sure you have left nothing in the car at the end of the run. This is your responsibility and we will accept absolutely no liability for anything you may have left behind. If you do leave something in the vehicle we will be glad to return it for a travel fee T.B.D.
•SEATING – Seating is essential at all times while in motion. Dunlap Limousine is not responsible for injuries to guests who are not seated during transit. Do not try to overload the car with people. You will be told how many will safely and comfortably fit in the car. Do not exceed this number, it is not legal and will not be allowed.
•DIRECTIONS- Dunlap Limousine will request that you e-mail all addresses for your event. We do this for driver use so we don’t have to bother your party with directions. Once you have reserved your limousine please forward the addresses and times as soon as possible to DUNLAPLIMO@YAHOO.COM . If you do give verbal directions, give the driver plenty of notice for turns and stops. Limousines need time and room to respond and maneuver. Also, we do not like to get them in areas where we will have to back them up.
We have a 6 passenger Lincoln Towncar strech limo it is clean and well maintained. IF you are interested you can send me a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can. There are also larger models available. Discounts only apply to limousines owned by Dunlap Limousine.
