Students will spend a half hour on Yoga and finish with a half hour music lesson. The Zen Yoga is important because it utilizes calming diaphragmatic breathing as well as toning and strengthening the mind and body, which are the vessels from which music, creativity and inspiration originates. Having a Zen Mind will improve your practice.
