About me: The Durango Fury is an all women's travelling hockey team based out of Durango, Colorado. We are made up of women of all ages (17-40+!) in all professions and who hail from all over the country and have somehow ended up in Durango and have somehow gotten hooked on the best and toughest sport there is- HOCKEY!
We are a 501C (3) non-profit organization formed with the intent to promote the growth of women's hockey in the Durango Hockey community, Colorado and the Four Corners region. We practice and play games at our home rink, Chapman Hill Ice Rink. We also travel throughout the year to play games and tournaments throughout the region, Denver, and Salt Lake.
The Durango Fury strives to provide the best possible experience for all participants by encouraging, developing, advancing and administering the sport of amateur women's ice hockey and providing community role models for our youth athletic programs.

Hey ladies! Was Fury Night last night at the Embassy? If so, I'm sorry I wasn't able to make it [work sucked] and drink it all up!! [That 'drink' bit should be emphasized--for it is much fun...] Try to catch you at the next one!!

GO FURY!!! Hey, why the switch of venue for Fury Night? It's at the new Irish joint now? I can still get me my Pinstripe for the cause, right? [Probably] All the best!
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you! Go FURY! Had such a blast with you all, and am STILL bummed I missed LB that last weekend. Should have had better planning for trans-continental moves. go gO GO FURY
HEY LADIES!! GOOD LUCK THIS WEEKEND IN DENVER!!!! Wish I was going up there again--for more than one game this time too--but work demands down here have me doing otherwise... I shall be at Cuckoos tonight to see you all off if any of you are getting your pre-party on. INGLEWOOD JACK!!!!
Well sometimes you win and sometimes...you go get a brew afterwards. That's my philosophy :) By the way, Pinstripe is going for almost ten bucks a six-pack in Boulder! But it was awesome to see you all play again; I was actually sitting in the darkened rink there for about an hour before warmups started...actually quite refreshing and quiet after six hours of watching baseball in the Greeley sun. Much love!
Sheesh is right!! Covered doubleheader of baseball on Sat., froze in the wind but got sunburned to heck (how DOES that happen?)...and that was only one day of my last week! CONGRATULATIONS on Ogden! I was taping a game for DCAT--I think--on Sunday and got a mention in that you all were out there competing! Going to Cuckoos anytime soon? I was there a couple nights ago, but it wasn't too busy in there. Do fill me in on everything when you see me! :) GOOD JOB ALL!!!
