About me:
www.duroboat.com go here for the full store of what I'm about and who I am. Although I’m originally from Australia, I’ve been in the Seattle area since 1983. Right now, the little village of Maltby Washington is home. I like picnics on the beach and camping trips to remote waters.
But, I’m an avid fisher and world traveler, and can be found everywhere from the arctic to the equator. My recent journeys include: Canada, Kuwait, Japan, Chile, The Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Korea, Costa Rica, Bahamas, Uganda, Botswana, Borneo and Iraq. See my pics!
Professional, I’m a bit of a freelance. I usually work wherever the water current takes me, but I always get the job done! I’m proud to say I served in Iraq as part of a patrol squadron searching Hamrin Lake for insurgents. I’ve also worked with the US Geological Survey team up in Barrow Alaska, and on a rescue relief teams in Japan.
Lately I’ve caught some pretty good gigs working at resorts, the US Navy rec program, a salmon conservation program at the Seattle Locks, and various fishing, clamming, and oyster harvests off the northwest coast.
