The explosive sound of a Mossberg 500, is nearly as impactful as the every word of F. Dux. Born and bred in the Metro Detroit area, he was captivated at the young age of 11 when first consumed by the then new phenomenon of hip hop music in the form of gangster rap. Together this movement of such poetic power and freedom allowed a troubled young artist to find discipline and direction in the journey known as adolescence.
F. Dux comes from a reality that knows no discrepancies, forcing the young artist to make tact decisions at a vulnerable age. Such demand led Dux down many unpaved roads to triumph but most often struggle, yet leading to that significant paved path permitting relocation to escape the downward spiral of negativity and ill fate. F. Dux began filling many white pages with powerful ink, later brought to life behind self produced scores of instrumentation translated from snap shot images of his past.
Since establishing himself in Charlotte, NC, Dux has surrounded himself with similar aspiring entertainers consisting of Overflow and Marioso. Dux has contributed to the sales of hundreds of CD's, tickets, and merchandise.Dux started 07'off with a bang touring with the Insane Clown Posse on their most anticipated "Tempest Tour"opening for the likes of Twiztid and the legendary hip hop group X-Clan. Dux has performed in front of a sold out crowd at a private show in Washington State's largest Casino, the Tulalip. He has also performed at such venues as The Neighborhood Theatre,Tremont Music Hall in Charlotte/NC and Comerica Park/5th Avenue in his home town Detroit. Dux has also headlined a Cancer Benefit 2 years in a row in South Carolina as well as other local venues throughout the Charlotte area, finding his calling on stage. Dux looks forward to continued opportunity to share with the world his understanding, experience, and passion.
