Hakkımda:
My name is Dusk Bennett and I work full time here in sunny Los Angeles as a music Producer/Engineer. I have worked with a myriad of Indie artists since I got my start in the early 90's and some of those artists later went on to become household names in todays music industry: Fionna Apple, Vitamin C, Incubus, P.O.D., and Dogwood (just to name a few). Some of my more recent efforts include participation on Rod Stewart's Grammy award winning platinum selling album "Stardust"; former Beach Boy Mike Love's pending release "Mike Love Not War"; Fabrice Morvan from Milli Vanilli; and technical assistance for Mick Mars and Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue, Five For Fighting, Engelbert Humperdink and the Black Eyed Peas.
I have also produced recordings for several myspace Indie artists as well including: Given, China Room, Rob Costlow, Makeshift3, and The Seakers. All of which can be auditioned here on myspace. From obscenely hard rock to even tempered solo piano all of my artists seem to end up with rave reviews and critical acclaim.

Solo pianist Rob Costlow just completed a masterpiece of solo piano work available for listen at myspace.com/robcostlowsolopiano. Long known to serious audio professionals as one of the hardest instruments to record successfully, Rob and I were able to record 11 stunning tracks of solo piano thanks in part to the technology of Royer Microphone's SF-24 stereo ribbon mic and Rob's fabulous performing.
Tracks to watch out for are "Sleepaway", "Awakenings", and "Sweetpea". Keep an eye on Rob as he edges his way closer and closer to becoming _the_ contemporary pianist of our age.
In other news...
I'm currently seeking unsigned Christian artists in the Southern California area to arrange a development deal with. If you believe you have what it takes to become a profitable artist and and a great songwriter drop me a line. I'm all ears.
