Mainly be the film soundtracks you hear that bare no resemblance to 'normal' music. slow moody pieces that can drag on for quite a few minutes, and take you some where quite comforting.

Duskrider delves into the world of subconscious sounds. Nostalgia through note and resonance.
Duskrider’s music evokes a film scene or setting, a rainy day in Gibraltar, or a forest in the snow, you just know there will be a 'poignant' close up coming up soon, then a mournful look into the river, before a painfully long drive into Moscow to 'deal with the emotional problems' the first two thirds of the film have been setting up. Thankfully this is only the sound track to such a film, and this film will never exist. Although it probably does, and was made in the 70's.
Sepia childhood comes into it somehow.
