I am Dustin Laurenzi. I am a saxophonist and guitarist from the Southeastern Wisconsin area but I am now residing in Bloomington, Indiana (for most of the year) where I study jazz saxophone at Indiana University. At IU I have the priveledge of working with reknowned jazz educator David Baker, Tom Walsh, Pat Harbison, Jeremy Allen, Steve Houghton, and Brent Wallarab. I'm playing in a couple different groups right now, including Pat Harbison's Sextant (featuring IU professors Pat Harbison and Jeremy Allen), the Amy Rempel Quartet, and snaarj, a brand new band featuring Josh Johnson, Ben Lumsdaine, and Bobby Wooten. I was recently invited to participate in the Stean's Institute for Young Artists Jazz Workshop at the Ravinia Festival, where I was fortunate enough to study with David Baker, James Moody, Rufus Reid, and Nathan Davis. I've also recently recorded for the Dave Lisik Orchestra's upcoming album, "Coming Through the Slaughter" which features Tim Hagans, Donny McCaslin, Matt Wilson, and Luis Bonilla.
If you need a saxophonist, guitarist, or a band to play at any event, please contact me at dlaurenz@indiana.edu.

That video is gangsta as hell. I was questioning whether the saxophonist was REALLY you or not, since your voice seemed a little less dead pan than usual...but then you got on your tip-toes when you hit a high note, and I knew the truth right then.
Hope All is well.. Come Check out the Music as well as the blog/ Eyeheartlife. blogspot. com... Updates will soon be up...stay tune and bookmark! I got them BEATS to..
