Douglas McCann Music	Nov 18 2009 4:33 PM opus 13, is the kind of piece of music, arguably, no one could actually compose... but dustin was able to create it, perfectly in the style of the gnossienes, without letting anything moderne interfere with his original music..., as if composed by satie... one can only imagine what satie would have felt in hearing this, i imagine, dustin's standard for all of his pieces, is that if he hadn't composed them, would he have wanted to learn them... opus 13 is so brilliant, certainly, 23, is the gymnopedie #4, to extend the metaphor, and 17 is so baroque.... biggest fan douglas
