Thanks for the add! I read about you in the CCM Magazine e-newsletter and decided to look you up.
When I was growing up, the comics I read were, to me, as much of a lesson in morality as they were an entertaining escape. They helped to form my sense of "Right from Wrong" and "Good vs. Evil" almost as much as did the stories I learned from the Bible.
Now, many of the stories of the heroes I loved have been changed: - origins have been rewritten - it's harder than ever to tell many of the good guys from the bad guys, as the line between good and evil has been blurred - and finally, instead of remaining constant as a positive influence on our society and its youth, comics themselves seem more and more lately to be negatively influenced by the ever-declining moral atmosphere of today's world.
So, I applaud what you are doing because it is much needed. I can't wait to read your books!
