Texas native D. Vincent Williams moved to Nashville in 1995 to pursue his dream of becoming a recording artist. He began writing songs for his own project unaware at the time that his songwriting abilities would land his amazing talent on more than twelve million albums. D. Vincent's first hit was Ty Herndon's "Hands Of A Working Man". Since then the list goes on and on: Billy Gilman, Mark Wills, Kenny Rogers, Steve Wariner, Ricky Skaggs, Randy Travis, Reba McEntire, Jimmy Wayne, Michael Bolton, Ronnie Milsap, Neil McCoy, Jason Aldean, Craig Morgan, Chris Cagle, Steve Holy, and Leann Womack just to name a few.
D. Vincent just topped the charts again with James Otto's "Just Got Started Loving You" which just received recognition as the 1 played country song of 2008.
In 2002, D. Vincent won the prestigious Academy Of Country Music's "Song Of The Year" award for his song "I'm Movin..On" recorded by Rascal Flatts.
