DWAIL - Looking for a label!!

Putting together many influences, DWAIL - which was born at the end of 2006 - works hard in order to create a unique mixture and their own personal sound. With heavy, fast, "rock'n'roll" and dissonant tones, or groovy and deconstructed structures, the band plays within a wide range of sounds, which allows their music to evolve from song to song and offers a varied and non-off-putting Metal.

The band recorded their first EP entitled "Monstro" in 2006. Being supporters of the "D.I.Y." ethic, the band decided to pave their own path and to bet especially on playing live music, which has become one of their main assets over time! And so the band set off and played in every part of France, in Luxembourg and in Switzerland, in venues such as La Locomotive in Paris or Le Bikini in Toulouse, opening for bands such as Gojira, Dark Age, Dagoba, My Own Private Alaska and many more...

At the moment, DWAIL has just finished the recording of its new album "HELTER SKELTER". This new record will come out on April 9th on Season Of Mist / Klonosphere (Morbid Angel , The Dillinger Escape Plan,...) This time, the band wanted to do it in a more professional way and appealed to LOGAN MADER (ex-Machine Head, Soulfly, Medication, who worked with Gojira, Soulfly, Cavalera Conspiracy and Devil Driver) for the mix and the mastering of the album.

The new recording is aiming at more maturity and inventiveness : “HELTER SKELTER” is a concept album telling a story which will take you from Andalucia to India, following the wanderings of an outcast, tortured soul in a world similar to that of the late nineteenth century era and where an atmosphere of industrialization is blended with a futurist hugeness! Flamenco and indian interludes will help you catch your breath between powerful, heavy songs and fast-paced, chaotic tunes. Now is the time for Dwail to hit the road again and to initiate you onto this journey!
