    I really am grateful to have served my country over the past eight years (06/2000 to 02/2008). Through thick and thin, my band of brothers throughout the Marine Corps have treated me well! While I was called to combat during Operation Enduring Freedom I & Operation Iraqi Freedom I, I send my thoughts and prayers to the families of the Marines of Charlie Company (1/24) that went back over for Round 2 in 2006! I also send all of my thoughts and prayers to all of those currently serving throughout the nation and abroad and to all of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice (no matter which branch or capacity that they served in).

Dwayne's First Book

I love to spend time focusing on my doctorate studies, learning new information that I can share with others, reading good and insightful books, writing poetry and books, playing tennis, working out, going skydiving, riding thrill rides, playing the guitar, and meeting people who share many of the positive values that I find important to a happy life. I must say that I keep myself rather busy, and I just wish that there were more hours in each day… who doesn’t wish that? However, I still find time to have some fun - that is essential!

Life provides each of us with unexpected opportunities, and I am thankful (so thankful) for the opportunities setting in front of me right now! Sometimes, the greatest things come to us when we are looking for them the least!

Who I'd like to meet:

First, I am looking forward to meeting more of my fellow colleagues in my doctorate program! Second, I am looking forward to meeting great, intelligent people within the business world. Third, I am looking forward to meeting someone who really values me and is genuine – not just looking to use me and/or play me! In addition, I really want to meet these people: God, Kirk Kerkorian, Bill Gates, Steve Wynn, Donald Trump, and Warren Buffett, Andre Agassi, Rafa Nadal, Hulk Hogan, Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, Shaq, Barry Sanders, and Michael Shumacher!
