Dwayne McGregor has been performing for the past 25 years across the United States and Canada at various Festivals and Stadiums to the Local Bar and Restaurant Circuit. For the past ten years, he has been entertaining locals and tourists in the Florida Keys. McGregor grew up in Charlotte, NC and learned to play guitar at age six. He began extensive touring of the United States and Canada at the age of 20, playing in several original and cover bands as a Guitarist, Bassist and Lead Singer opening for many of the nations top performers such as Vince Gill, Squeeze, Robin Trower, The Untouchables, The Georgia Satellites, Pat Travers and many more. McGregor is as comfortable entertaining 10 people with background music as he is entertaining 500 who are ready to dance and party the night away. He is as interactive or as laid back as your event requires and adds new contemporary material daily. McGregor's live show incorporates Guitar and Vocals with Backing Tracks to get the full band sound from a single performer. His repertoire includes everything from Jazzy Instrumentals to Rock, Top 40, Country etc. making him not only one of the most diverse entertainers around but perfect for most any venue. Dwayne's DJ Service has been the most requested by the upper echelon of the Florida Keys Resorts for the past 10 years. He has entertained at over 500 Destination Weddings and Corporate Events. As a songwriter, Dwayne has written and produced two CDs in the past 5 years and is a member of the Nashville Songwriters Association, where he shops his songs to major labels and artists on a regular basis. McGregor has also recorded, produced and performed on numerous CDs for local artists.
