About me: Originally from Chicago, IL, Dwelvan developed a passion for music & dance at a young age. In high school Dwelvan had the pleasure of traveling to and singing Classical music in Italy as well as Germany, Austria and most of Eastern Europe. At the age of 17 he enrolled at Millikin University as a vocal performance major. He was immediately cast in “Anything Goes” and “The Marriage of Figaro” in the same semester. He then realized his passion for acting on the musical theatre stage. Since earning his B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from Millikin, David has garnered rave reviews for his roles in productions of "Big River,"“The Hot Mikado,” “Songs for a New World,” “Cats,” and originated the role of Thomas A. Dorsey in the Bailiwick Playhouse World Premiere of “Georgia Tom: The Father of Gospel Music” Dwelvan is a proud member of Actors' Equity Association. He stands Six-feet-four inches tall and hopes to serve as a source of inspiration for the next generation.
