Dan Hamberg	Mar 22 2008 12:42 PM I wake up early every morning promptly at 4:45am to partake in vigorous exorcizes in preparation for the day that I return to the ring. I'm doing everything in my power to prepare for my debut and to make sure it's a good one. I do know a lot of the basics as far as training goes, I know basic bumps and falls, I also know how to properly armdrag and clothesline as well as punch, stomp and absorb chairshots to the back and front of my skull. I know it doesn't sound like much but that was four full months of pro training via wrestling school students. If only XBW or UWD or whatever the fuck they're called now wouldn't be so bitter for my outright decission to leave them indefinately for the federation I knew I should have made my home in the first place. I'll do everything in my power to make sure I preform at my best all the time.
