About me:
Well i used to be an executioner at Toluca prison located in silent hill in the early 1800's until me and my fellow executioner went on a rampage soaking the town with blood. I have carried out many public skewerings and hangings of Civil War prisoners, and we celebrated our atrocities with crimson and white banquets. The horror I created here has scarred Silent Hill forever, and added to the gruesome legacy of this town. My acts of evil and butchery have earned me a special place among the ranks of Hell, I continue to carry my cold and malicious work under the direction of the dark forces now in control of Silent Hill. I exist solely to execute, to dispatch any and every creature that comes in my range. Even the other monsters of Silent Hill are not safe from me.
