Neo Jackson grew tired of the nightclub business. She wanted to pass the business on to her play son Jules, but Jules was too busy chasing females. Neo's worries escalated after her ex-lover's daughters, the Twins, were implicated in an incident that occured at the club.
Overwhelmed with watching over Jules and the the Twins, managing the club, and keeping her enemies at a distance, Neo looked to a group of lesbians for support. The group of women resolved to start an organization with special interest in youth development.
Follow the progress of the Twins in their quest for self-identity as they face the challenges of being teenagers in the life. Along the way, follow the adventures of a colorful cast of characters on a wild ride through Black lesbian culture in late-nineties Washington, DC.
