GeneralThanks for your introdution about your company. Can you answer to me whether you have experienced to make moulds for Poly Carbonate Plastics(Engineering Plastics like Poly Amide) to make water bottle, water container, cups or globes for stree lights or front light-beam cases for automobiles(nowadays almost all front-light beam cases are made by Poly Carbonate Plastics instead of Acryl, PP, PE) as the Poly Carbonate is stronger than iron/glass and so on. I got the international patent on the Poly Carbonate Cylinder for fire extinguishers as you can check easily inside of the fire extinguisher from outside as it in nude and transparent. The shape of the Cylinder slightly different from the shapes of fire extinguishers which were made my iron or aluminium, but the whole concept will be same as it should contain dry chemicals or AFFF or Halon and other fire suppression materials and Nitrogen gas(N2) in the pressure of 7-9.8kgf/cm2 which is international standard for fire extinguishers for dry chemicals/manually operating grips Thanks! I want to find out the Power LED with high luminance(brightness) with lower prices for use of outdoor/street lihgts as I got the international patent to put dry chemicals for fire suppression aand Nitrogen(N2) Gas between the Globe(Outer cover) of any lamp and the LED lamps. As the LED Lamps have not heat and are able to resisit the N2 Gas Pressure(7-9.8Kgf/cm2: normal N2 Pressure level for fire extinguishers), I can put between the Poly Carbonate Globe and LED Lamps. Of course, the Poly Carbonate Globe can easily sustain the pressure of the inside N2 Gas Pressure(tested by myself) and never break out from inside if the inside pressure is approximately 10 kgs/cm2. Coincidently the Globes for outdoor lights have been made by poly carbonate plastics instead of glass globes. Nowadays Automobile makers are using Poly Carbonate Plastics for front Light Beam cases and LEDs for their good-looking rear lamps or corner lamps with LEDs of high luminence(brightness) Korean makers of hight luminescent LED can make the LED Street lights for ourdoor roadside/park lighting, but the prices are terrible. If prices are so high, who dare to buy that kind of LED lights for park/road/garden/entrance lightings? Please kindly check and advise to me whether you can meet my above-mentioned requirements or not?
