    That's Eagle Quest! We're the best from the nest. We're the next fools of the trade here to pursuade. Singing from the chest you think its just jest like the rest. You've heard of the birds and their words. The color candy nerds. Is it absurd how we rhyme from the gut about ducks and the sluts, about monks and their nuts? The pain of going insane is to blame like Nelson's "After the Rain" In the shame we flap our arms faster than planes. We're the eagles who eat seagulls. We're the wearers and barers of a mail carriers curse. An endangered research. What's worse than not writing a verse about the adverse like Both August in Howard Norman's "The Bird Artist." I need to read and bleed on the page. South Pa the galse sage. This is the blue romantic craze. This is us. Me and the Philipenis (qua). Sing with us. Drink with us. Be free with us. And dance with us.
