Eamon Ireland is a free style singer songwriter from Ireland, Cork-Limerick.
Eamon Ireland shines on this debut album revealing a natural instinct for melody and words. This is truly an exceptional work of art with hair raising qualities. His debut album entitled Our Love Is Gold is a folk based album that was inspired by the islands of Ireland.
Eamon Ireland has been writing folk songs for twelve years and perfected his gift of songwriting on Inis Meain (Aran Islands), islands of Ireland. While there he was inspired by the timelessness and tranquility and found much of the inspiration for the songs. Having spent three years writing and playing music in thousands of venues around Australia and New Zealand Eamon Ireland has now returned to Ireland to take up songwriting full time.
Using haunting melodies that echo times lost Eamon also writes for some of Irelands best known country and folk singers.
His 2007 debut album entitled "Our Love Is Gold", sold out in less than four weeks. Reprints of 'Our Love Is Gold' have been made and it is now available almost everywhere.
