Together since November 2004, originally a small scale folk project as an outlet for mine and matts softer side,(at the time being in the now deceased dirt metal band, Brainslug, a few tracks are available on my personal page, linked below). Earbirth has since taken off into the progressive neo folk grunge juggernaut that has found its home and sound as a 3 piece, and is now represented by a much different and more mature sound.
With earbirth taking off, it felt like the right time to return to my roots as a poet (some material is now available on my personal page linked below, with a book of my poems due for spring release 2009, to be sold from our official website), if you want to hear loud melodic psychedelic folk grunge, blues rock (?) check out earbirth and get in touch if you dig our sound, we're a touring band and are available and approachable guys. In the mean time I hope my words can inspire you, thanks, peace
We're gathering a street team, 15 strong already, but if you live out of Aberystwyth (or even if you don't), it would be awesome if you dug us enough to support us and help us out through stickering your town, handing out promo's to labels, radio stations, venues and ORGANIZING GIGS.
In return you'll get free stuff like t-shirts, stickers and entrance to gigs (backstage), we're worldwide. email us at earbirth@gmail.com, if you are interested in joining please type in the subject box STREET TEAM.
We're now accepting submissions for our next mixtapes, please submit your info at www. coast2coastsubmissions. com for your chance to get a spot on the next mixtape!

Earbirth are a passive psychedelic grunge folk outfit They have just played the Square festival and have previously played a number of venues across england and wales. Earbirth have recently finished recording their debut album 'Killing Swans' Due for imminent release
beneath the focused primary self controlled species of demise lies a neverending riff keep on amplifing the beats of the eternal half timed serpents kill everybody
Still open for bands!!! One of Wales’ biggest and newest events, encompassing 2 days, 4 stages, 60 bands, and the capacity for 3000 people! The festival is for charity, with proceeds going partly to help projects in the local community and partly to help young musicians in the area, with advertising, their equipment, etc. The ethos is very much that it is run like a community, so people helping each other out rather to help cut down the exchange of cash. We aim to work with ethical companies, aim to actively promote both welsh music, and environmental issues and solutions. Check it out at www. thesquarefestival. com And get in touch for further details. admin@backbeating.co.uk or theraffle@googlemail.com
We are thinking of holding a mini indoor Hawkfest - "Hawkfestette" probably around Jan/Feb and probably in Amsterdam.... What we need to gauge, is just how much interest there would be in this idea from you, the fans. We are happy to take pre orders and any constructive suggestions about choice of venue, city, time of year etc…… Pre order tickets at hawkfestette@hawkwind.com and if there is enough interest, we will make it happen… We want to make this your festival, so send your suggestions and comments as soon as possible….to festettesuggestions@hawkwind.com <>
