1) A vegetarian diet is essentially about feeding on the ascending life cycle (We naturally enjoy foods from seeds to ripeness and avoid foods that are rotten).
2) All processed, packaged animal meats are on the decaying life cycle. All chemical preservatives added to prolong food on the decaying cycle are known to be cancer causing.
3) Human beings, endowed with spiritual consciousness and individuality, are free to choose off of the entire food chain. One's choice of food determines the vibration (gross to sublime) of personality presence.
4) Simple, good food is best for your health and happiness.

i was up in NY for my stepsister's wedding and stayed at a lake house on kueka lake....even visited the courtyard...took me back...to a time of freedom with little stress except homework...when we would dance to dmb all night long...hang out and you were prez and i was vice prez....i will never want to forget that...thanks for the memories...hope you are well. don't be a stranger.
