Blade Runner, Fight Club, ChungKing Express, Fallen Angels, The Exorcist, Pi, Akira, Princess Mononoke, Traffic, The Thin, Nightmare Before Christmas, Cemetery Man, Reservoir Dogs, and a few hundred other things that didn't immediately spring to mind.

1984, Metamorphosis, Brave New World, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, Coraline, American Gods, Scott Pilgrim, Planetary, Transmetropolitan, Neuromancer, Pattern Recognition, Blade of the Immortal, Good Omens. Rendezvous with Rama, Trigun Maximum, Ender's game. I recently read Crooked Little Vein by Warren Ellis and The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay by Michael Chabon. Both were extremely good, check them out. Working slowly through Wicked during quiet afternoons in the park. I'll let you how I feel about it once I'm done.
Heroes
People with the tenacity of zealots, but the calm of sages. It's difficult trying to find a balance, but there's peace in equilibrium and one day I hope to reach.
Nothing out of the ordinary, I draw and take part in local art shows, write, read, watch movies, hit the clubs, try new restaurants, hang out with my friends, sit in the coffee shop, hit the gym, go to concerts, go to work, pay my bills, and play. In between I sleep, shower, tell jokes, and think about the future.
Still trying to figure out how people were tricked by this...
I think her performance was just the human equivalent of the LHC. People paid attention expecting it to collapse in on itself in a reality altering singularity, but it was just sort of meh, and that was enough to appease supporters and make detractors wander off to the next topic.
Who I'd like to meet: Decent human beings. Do they still make them?

Ok, so my 1000 text messages for the month ran out on New Year's Day and my plan doesn't start over again until the 23rd so now I'm being extra ghetto and sending messages via myspace and my Yahoo! IMs... I suppose I could go for phone calls but I hate it when people call me so why would I do that to them? lol.
Anyway, Paradise is re-opening tonight so Salt and I are going as a cheers to the good ole' days kind of thing. I think you should go too! So call me when you get this, because I know you answer your phone about as much as I do, and let me know if you want to come chill with us ;)
