What a fantastic start to a novel, this promises much.
Re-read Martha Graham’s autobiography, ’Blood Memory’ while studying at her school in NYC. A wonderfull read and packed full of such quotable philosophies. wonderful artist.
Favourite reads. ’Of Mice and Men’ and ’Cannery Row’ by John Steinbeck. ’Dubliners’ by James Joyce. ’Lanark’ by Alisdair Gray, and also a collection of short stories by the same author titled ’Ten Tales Tall and True’ exciting stuff! And not to be forgotten, all the poetic works of William Oliphant (my Grandfather) ’Devils Dozen’, ’The Seamstress in The Nudist Camp’, ’Marking Cosmic Time’, The Impact of Television on The Plumheaded Parakeet’, to name bt a few. my inspiration.

Hey Rufus (see how that catches on)....hope filming was good today. Im in fife chilling with my folks for a few days, bingeing on wine and junk food....its great. The line up for this latitude festival looks sooooooooo good, spot on in fact.....fingers crossed on having an awesome summer.
