Easy Meat is a dynamic three piece band from Brantford ON devoted to the music of Frank Zappa. The way in which they deftly and accurately execute the complex arrangements of this remarkable composer with only bass, guitar, drums and three voices has been leaving audiences stunned, and has garnered the attention of the local media despite the relative obscurity of some of the material.

But Easy Meat is not simply a Frank Zappa tribute. These versatile musicians have an extensive repertoire on which to draw when playing to a wider audience (such as at a bar gig). Shunning the typical Top 40 and tired "hits", Easy Meat instead pulls out forgotten gem after forgotten gem, playing material overlooked by most cover bands. The result is a refreshingly eclectic mix spanning generations and genres, and is not to be missed by serious music fans.
