Eaters are a four man outfit who make hip hop music. To a point. The foundation is hip hop but we push it and pull it and kick it into different directions every time we start on a new project. Some would argue that this is still hip hop becuase we think it is. I doesn’t matter. Quiet Man, Laughing Gear, Tuck Pendleton and Dopeamean Jim all bring their personal skill and talent to the band and by letting everyone breath we expand and contract styles. We have been kicking about as Eaters since 2001, funding and badly promoting our releases. We could probably get a deal for some stuff (lets face it, theres some real shit released on lables) but we don’t put the effort in to get there. So, if anyone would like to pay us a little and put our record out, please, please call. We’ll be here. Making tunes. Having a laugh. Improving always.
the wives is cool too,but i like more digest:)like i told you have other impact in me and in the view of somethings that i was never listen in my life,is very special record for me,but wives get the hip hop sense and the lyrics are interesting too,but digest have other things that i apreciate more, good music in here, saludos.
Having released a couple of tuneful albums with theAudiologist and Soni Jimm since my last LP, "Fear of Mathematics", Section 27 Netlabel brings you "Wrpdata”, containing 14 tracks full of chunky, breathy and some would even say pleasantly broken breaks, some good-time-mind-fuck glitch, a few (thankfully blissful) orchestrated mixes featuring the talents of Pinklogik and theAudiologist (also acting as co-producer on this release) respectively, and ends sweetly with some beautiful spoken word poetry by the lovely aussie Cindel Waddington.
A delight on the sensory organs from start to finish, "Wrpdata" is available now for *free* download. Licensed by Creative Commons.
