Hello all, my name is Torri. Many of you know me from my other Myspace site.
I started this site for my internet radio show "Sistaz Coloring Outside Of The Lines" and column "Eat The Music: Torri's Radio Remedy" Thanks to the show and site's producer, Shonia Brown.
Sistaz Color Ouside Of The Lines(tm) came about out of my own frustration with mainstream radio/music and my fierce addiction to good music. I started feeding my addiction here on myspace with all of the wonderful indie and unsigned music that I was finding here.
Sistaz Coloring Outside Of The Lines(tm) features womyn of color who are on indie labels or unsigned. I want to share with you all of the amazing music I've been finding.
Sistaz Coloring Outside Of The Lines is also in the process of obtaining it's 501c3 (Non-Profit Status) and after doing so will begin applying for grants and making plans for the first annual Sistaz Coloring Ouside Of The Lines Festival(tm) which will feature, live, many of the sistaz you've seen and heard featured here.
